Shipping & Returns
Your order will be delivered with a traceable service for both domestic and international orders.
Once you have made a purchase, we will issue an order confirmation and dispatch your order as soon as we can. You will receive dispatch confirmation and tracking number of your parcel via email.
Once items become available, deliveries to the UK will take 2-3 working days, and for international delivery, please allow at least 3-5 working days.
Please note that for deliveries outside of EU, you may be charged extra expenses including any import duties and taxes, and you will be responsible for these charges or fees imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country.
Due to Covid-19, there may be slight delay in the production and deliveries of Pre-Order items, but we will keep you posted on the progress of your order.
If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will follow up and assist with your request.
Please note that if your cancellation request is made later than the dispatch of your order, or if we have started making your bespoke Pre-Order items, you will have to process the return following the guidelines stated in Exchanges and Returns below. Following that, you will receive a refund or credit note for your purchase, however the return delivery charges are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES and RETURNS
Customer satisfaction is our first priority, and we hope every purchase is loved. However, if you would like to exchange or return your order for any reason, you can create your return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email email@example.com within this time frame.
To be eligible for a return, the items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in their original condition with Teatum Jones garment tags still intact. We carefully check and photograph every item before we dispatch and keep it as a record. Any item not in its original condition or being returned more than 14 days after receiving the item cannot be accepted.
The item is your responsibility until we receive it. Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you send your parcel via a reliable delivery service that insures you for the value of the parcel.
The cost of any return is your responsibility, however, delivery charges can be refundable only when items are faulty.
We strongly recommend all our customers to follow the care and washing instructions of every garment very carefully. We cannot accept back any faulty returns if the care instructions have not been adhered to.
All Pre-Order Items, due to the nature of this bespoke made to order item, should you wish to return your order, we would only be able to offer an exchange or credit voucher. For exchange of the same item in different colour and/ or size, it may take up to 6-8 weeks for completion depending on stock availability.
Please note that all Archive Sale Items are considered treasured one-off pieces and many have limited sizing and stock availability.
Archive Sale Items are considered Final sale and may not be returned or exchanged for alternative items.
We recommend all customers to contact the sales team for more information on material, fit and sizing before making the purchase.
Once we have processed your return request and receive your parcel, we will issue your refund via your original payment method, provided the returned item is approved. Please allow at least 10 working days to get your refund.
DELAYED or MISSING REFUND
If you have not received your refund after at least 10 working days, please check with your bank/ credit card company as it may take longer depending on your card issuer's policies. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
